Job Description:
Senior Associate level opportunity to work at a global credit manager within the Product Specialist team.  Highly dynamic role that is critical in supporting marketing with the current and prospective investors globally across the Firm’s products

Key Responsibilities:

• Highly dynamic role that is critical in supporting marketing with the current and prospective investors globally across the Firm’s products
• Create, update and manage work-stream for product specific marketing materials such as monthly and quarterly commentaries, one-pagers and portfolio and market-related slides
• Work with the investment team to create commentary on monthly/quarterly performance contributors and drivers
• Evaluate and analyze fund-level performance and key portfolio metrics and maintain repository of fund-level analyses
• Complete ad-hoc investor product related due diligence questions; support capital raising efforts through completion of RFPs/DDQ 
• Create ad-hoc analyses and slides to promote key product differentiators and competitive advantages
• Maintain and manage customized investor reporting
• Participate and eventually lead monthly or quarterly review calls with clients
• Track pipeline of investors for key products, working with senior product specialists to drive AUM growth; help to manage key components of fund closings working closely with client service, marketers and legal team
• Assist on strategic ad-hoc projects for BD senior leadership

Qualifications:

• 5 years+ experience in product specialist role or similar. Marketing or investment experience a plus
• Undergraduate degree required
• Experience with credit/fixed income markets, preferably at a credit alternative asset manager
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of broader team and liaise across groups within the firm
• CFA preferred
