Large Private Equity Fund is looking to hire a Manager for their Treasury function. Must be adept and driving change and improving efficiencies. Based in Boston, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide strategic support for all aspects of the treasury management function.
– Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements and automation.
– Develop and manager banking relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Possesses ability to set priorities in planning work and meeting strict deadlines despite constant interruptions.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
– Minimum of 3+ years of experience in treasury or finance roles
– Supervision/Management experience preferred
– Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
– Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
