Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join their Corporate Finance team. This role focuses on managing the allocation and invoicing of private equity deal-related costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as lead business owner for cost allocation and invoice processes, ensuring accuracy and completion of tasks
• Collaborate with global teams on cost allocation and invoice processes
• Allocate dead deal costs and transaction fees between various entities
• Prepare and deliver fee and cost-sharing invoices to private equity funds
• Perform detailed reviews for the accuracy of costs and allocations
• Use a cost allocation system for monthly tasks, reconciliations, and reporting
• Communicate with internal teams and service providers for reporting and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with investment life cycle, cost-sharing methodologies, and tax guidance
• Review and reconcile general ledger transactions monthly
• Coordinate with the Corporate Finance team on deal-related costs and invoices
• Calculate cash forecast estimates and prepare journal entries
• Document internal controls and review results
• Manage cost allocation system design and performance
• Oversee the preparation of portfolio company and fund invoices
• Develop and refine procedures as business needs evolve

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of FP&A or accounting experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Highly analytical with problem-solving abilities
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Anaplan and/or Workday is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000, Plus Bonus
