Company Overview:
A dynamic organization is seeking an Accounts Payable / Payroll Coordinator to support daily office functions by bridging human resources and financial operations, ensuring seamless payroll and HR administration alongside efficient accounts payable management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end semi-monthly payroll cycle, ensuring all hours, deductions, and bonuses are accurate.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation.
  • Maintain digital employee files and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team members regarding benefits enrollment and general HR inquiries.
  • Perform daily data entry and categorization within QuickBooks to ensure books stay current.
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Reconcile company credit card statements and employee expense reports.
  • Assist with basic monthly reconciliations and pull reports for the leadership team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a professional office environment, ideally in an administrative, HR, or bookkeeping capacity.
  • Solid experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and comfortable learning new HRIS or payroll platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal employee data with confidentiality.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $38 – $45/hr, DOE
