Company Overview:
A private investment firm with offices in New York and London focuses on private equity and distressed investments. They are seeking an experienced individual to join their Operations team, primarily focusing on CBO/CLO & Leveraged Loan Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily portfolio monitoring and reconciliations with trustees and administrative providers
• Oversee the reconciliation of monthly CBO/CLO reporting and quarterly distribution processes
• Monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests
• Oversee compliance checks and adjust matrix triggers to ensure CLO is passing all compliance tests
• Involvement in new issue CBO/CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date processes
• Lead onboarding for new issue deals, coordinating with internal and external teams

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of CLO/Leverage Loan Operations experience, preferably from a CLO Investment Manager/Trustee
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of CBO/CLO Monthly Reporting, Quarterly Waterfalls, and deal indentures
• Experience with WSO, Markit, or other loan processing systems
• Comfortable with cash and position reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus
