Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager with a focus on delivering market-leading investment returns is seeking an FP&A Associate to join their Strategic Finance team. This role will support critical financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Review and approve firmwide operating expense purchase requisitions
• Support centralized budget loads, model maintenance, and updates within the firm's budgeting and forecasting platform
• Identify and implement process improvements for recurring work
• Help clean, structure, and validate large datasets for modeling and analysis
• Partner with business leaders to facilitate data-driven decision making

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance or quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution
• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting within the financial services or tech industry
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, and Oracle Fusion ERP
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial modeling is a plus

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $65/hr
