Company Overview:
A New York-based hedge fund manager focuses on investing in undervalued publicly traded US companies. The firm is seeking an Office Manager to oversee office operations and manage a small admin team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reception and greeting guests
  • Supply and inventory management
  • Maintaining kitchen space and compiling lunch orders for conference meetings/internal events
  • Assisting with internal event setup and organization
  • Building vendor and facilities management
  • Overseeing current EAs/Admins, assisting with scheduling and coverage plans as needed

Qualifications:

  • The role requires 5 days onsite in the NYC office

Compensation:
Salary: $140,000 – $16,000, Plus Bonus
