A leading global private investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a Finance Senior Associate for their Private Equity division. The role involves administration of Private Equity Limited Partnerships and collaboration with finance professionals to enhance team and firm outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quarterly US GAAP Basis Reporting
• Annual US GAAP Basis Audit
• Valuations
• Capital Calls
• Distributions
• Cash Management
• Responding to LP Requests
• Supporting Investor Relations
• Supporting, Understanding and Documenting Investment Transactions
• Carry Calculations
• Other ad hoc responsibilities
• Working with Finance Managers, Directors, and VPs on projects

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus
