Company Overview:
A global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry is seeking a temporary Human Resources Business Partner to support their HR operations across multiple sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner to the local site leadership team and participate in department planning to provide HR guidance.
• Act as a point of contact for employee requests, providing policy guidance and interpretation.
• Lead efforts to recruit and hire Direct Labor personnel to meet operational needs and production goals.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and hiring.
• Lead the new hire onboarding process after a job offer is accepted.
• Administer the compensation program and monitor the performance evaluation program.
• Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals and recommend new approaches to improve efficiency.
• Maintain all human resources information systems and records, ensuring compliance with record-keeping laws and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Assist in coordination of employee recognition events and special programs.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Working knowledge of benefit programs and employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading change management initiatives throughout the organization.
• Previous experience supporting remote locations.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $38 – $43/hr
