A leading investment manager with over $20b in AUM, focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit as well as other credit-related assets. This position will provide day-to day treasury operations support to the finance organization including but not limited to processing electronic fund transfers, corporate bank relationship management, bank portal administration, back-up for cash reconciliation/forecasting and ad-hoc project requests.
Responsibilities

• Create and review electronic payments for several Legal Entities, Funds and Related Accounts (Wires and ACH’s), including payment reject resolution 

• Ensure all payments are processed by approvers/releasers against various bank payment cutoffs
• Back-up Cash Reconciliation, Forecasting, Sub Line/Internal Note Management, Liquidity Targeting & Analysis and Money Market Investment/Redemption
• Maintain, create and analyze transaction support packages for all disbursements in a timely manner for Accounting teams to process
• Assist in maintaining a Treasury Operating Policy Manual and ensure all processes are fully documented and updated
• Take an active role in researching and recommending global treasury process efficiencies and improvements of industry cash management practices
• Manage the opening and closing of all bank accounts as well as maintain up to date account documentation
• User Access Administration for various bank platforms and Treasury workstations
• Partner with Internal Audit and Accounting to ensure all Treasury activities are appropriately controlled, documented and disclosed
• Provides analytical support on special projects and business cases to enhance the financial decision-making process
