Global alternatives investment advisor is looking to hire a Director of Human Resources to lead the global human resources function.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and offer process including pre-hire screening, drafting of offer documents, and assisting with immigration matters (visas, relocation, etc.)
Reconcile and approve monthly payroll for all global offices
Own all aspects of benefit administration, including open enrollment, communication, COBRA administration, and broker relationships
Oversee ACA and EEOC filings in the US, and P11D filings for the UK office
Develop and implement efforts to ensure the firm’s culture is maintained and enhanced (DEI efforts, exit interviews and surveys, etc.)
Maintain and review employee metrics including monthly employee rosters, quarterly DEI statistics, etc.
Coordinate with Investor Relations on investor requests, employee data and bios, policies and firm structure
Manage annual 401k audit and 401k year-end testing
Partner with Corporate Controller for year-end compensation process, deferred bonus payments, and budgeting
Audit and approve annual Form W-2’s, and quarterly payroll tax filings in the US, and Form P60’s in the UK
Manage annual firm-wide performance review process
Work closely with the Office Management team to ensure that all administrative aspects of HR are delivered effectively
Serve as first point of contact for future, current, and former employees for queries, concerns, and requests
Coordinate various employee events and volunteer opportunities
Assist COO with various research projects and/or special projects
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
