An alternative investment manager is hiring an Operations Associate to join their team. This role sits on a small team and will offer a lot of exposure to private equity investments and deal teams.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with investment team in tracking investment pipeline, mandates and closing
• Work with the investment team to review and/or create required materials for deal closing; credit agreement review, funds flow preparation, closing checklist maintenance, KYC requests
• Preparation and maintenance of leverage facility CMRs and compliance certificates
• Manage line of credit/subscription facility reporting and compliance for multiple funds, including preparation of borrowing notices, facility paydowns and interest expense tracking

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major; CPA or MBA a plus
• At least 4 to 8 years of professional experience, primarily focused on debt products
• Working knowledge of Investran, WSO, Clear Par and Black Mountain a plus
