Mid-Large Private Equity Fund is looking to bring on a Tax Professional to assist on general tax support as well as working on International Tax support for certain Partners.

Company Description:  Large/Mid-sized Private Equity fund with a long history of success within the industry.  Multiple offices – this role is located in Boston, MA.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with all Partnership Tax Returns (including Partners located internationally).

• Work closely with Finance Team – provide strategic support for any significant tax items/events.

• Ad-hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of experience in public accounting (ideally with a strong tax background)
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong MS Excel Skills
• Excellent communication skills
