Company Overview:
A leading global private equity investment firm with $49 billion of equity capital under management is seeking a Portfolio Data Reporting Consultant. This role will be part of a newly established function to standardize financial reporting across approximately 180 portfolio companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Intake monthly financial data from portfolio companies
• Validate figures with deal teams; triage discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Standardize financials into a consistent reporting format
• Build workbooks showing the full breakdown of how the numbers were derived, for the Valuations team's review
• Upload validated, standardized data into Dynamo
• Help establish repeatable processes as the function matures

Qualifications:

• Experience in portfolio reporting, fund accounting, financial reporting, or investment/portfolio operations, ideally in PE, fund administration, or asset management
• Strong financial-statement literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and an eye for reconciling discrepancies
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort building and standardizing workbooks
• High accuracy under monthly-close timelines
• Hands-on Dynamo experience (or iLevel, Allvue, Chronograph, Cobalt) is a plus
• Exposure to valuations or working alongside deal teams is a plus
• Experience consolidating data across many entities is a plus
• Accounting/finance degree; CPA or CFA progress is a plus

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80/hr, DOE
