Company Overview:
A diversified credit and real estate investing platform within a leading global alternative asset management firm, managing approximately $78 billion across various strategies. They are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to support their Asset-Based Finance Insurance mandates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively track new deals from inception to settlement and accurately book transactions into internal systems.
• Serve as the Middle Office point of contact for Front Office, borrowers, agents, and other business partners for private securities.
• Communicate daily and upcoming cash needs internally and with clients, and oversee capital call notices and funding.
• Review and action daily reconciliations of cash and positions to ensure accuracy.
• Validate, book, and report PNL entries, and communicate large swings to stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including performance metrics.
• Assist with tracking capital calls and funding notices according to client timelines.
• Provide necessary information for regulatory support and manage periodic submission requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize strategy deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury, or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of general ledger systems and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with the trade lifecycle of asset-backed securities (ABS) and credit facilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macros preferred); proficiency with AI, Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL is highly valued.

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
