Company Overview:
A technology company backed by two Fortune 300 firms is focused on empowering small to medium-sized business owners and financial institutions with innovative solutions. They are seeking a Business Appraisal Manager to help build and refine their product and business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Embed expertise within the product and organization, working with product and engineering teams to refine solutions for business valuation and strategic guidance.
• Conduct valuations using standardized approaches and streamline data intake and processing.
• Review, refine, and sign off on valuations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Engage in client support, presenting valuation and optimization reports to business owners and financial advisors.
• Contribute to special projects and prepare materials for bank and wealth manager partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA a plus.
• Active CPA license required.
• One or more valuation credentials required or in progress: CVA, ABV, ASA, or CFA.
• 3–8 years of business valuation or strategic business accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint fluency expected.
• Solid understanding of IRC sections relevant to valuation and familiarity with USPAP standards and AICPA VS Section 100.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + equity
