Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking a Finance Manager to join their General Partner Finance Group. This role involves managing accounting and operations for various general partner entities across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and operations of general partner entities invested in credit, special situations, and real estate funds
• Oversee operations and administrative activities, including cash management, capital calls, and cash distributions
• Handle carry, vesting, and profit/loss allocations to partners and members
• Conduct quarterly and annual fair market value reporting and financial reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly tax estimates and annual tax books, consulting with tax advisors
• Enter cash, book, and tax activity into Investran or similar software
• Interact with investors and internal departments regarding the carry program
• Collaborate with team managers to drive initiatives and mentor junior team members
• Utilize AI tools to identify efficiencies and automate processes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
