Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate is seeking an experienced Program Manager for their Enterprise Data Engineering organization. This role will support strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and with appropriate governance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Enterprise Data Engineering initiatives simultaneously, tracking project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with the Global PMO to ensure projects adhere to governance standards and drive accountability across project teams.
  • Track program budgets, forecasts, and actual spend, review invoices, coordinate vendor billing approvals, and assist with annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly executive and steering committee presentations, develop dashboards, and provide leadership with concise updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, track resource allocations, and support vendor coordination and contract administration.
  • Drive organizational readiness for new data platforms and AI initiatives, develop communication plans, and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Data Engineering, Finance, Global PMO, Procurement, Senior Technology Leadership, Business Stakeholders, and External Vendors.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of Program Management or PMO experience supporting enterprise technology organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, invoice approvals, and resource planning.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and status reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $120/hr
