Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager offers clients primary and secondary investment solutions across credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. They are seeking an Investment Operations Vice President to support their investment platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of reconciliation and operational processes.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with various departments to resolve complex operational issues and improve workflows.
• Build relationships with custodian banks, agent banks, and external service providers.
• Create and execute initiatives to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Drive system enhancements and new business implementations.
• Develop operational KPIs and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Investment Operations or related financial services functions.
• Extensive experience with bank loan operations, private credit, and alternative investments.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with Wall Street Office, Geneva, Python, SQL, Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar technologies is desirable.

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000, Plus Bonus
