Company Overview:
A leading technology firm with a global presence is seeking a Senior Production Services Analyst to join their Production Operations team. This role focuses on incident management and problem resolution to ensure seamless technology operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Major Incident Management activities as the Incident Commander for major technology incidents.
• Facilitate incident bridges, establish priorities, remove obstacles, and drive rapid service restoration.
• Deliver clear communications to technology leadership, business stakeholders, and executive management.
• Conduct post-incident After Action Reviews and participate in post-incident RCA meetings.
• Support AI-powered incident management capabilities to reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Restore (MTTR).
• Identify automation opportunities to improve incident response consistency and prevent recurring incidents.
• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across the technology organization.
• Schedule and facilitate formal RCA conversations for assigned problem tickets.
• Conduct extensive problem analysis and assign action items for resolution.
• Assist with reporting of open problems, aging problems, and recurring impacts.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional team members in identifying root causes and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology organization.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Incident Commander.
• Extensive experience utilizing monitoring tools and solving production incidents.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure stacks and technologies.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $57 – $57/hr, DOE
