Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Vice President / Senior Vice President for their CLO Fund Compliance team. This role involves managing compliance and reporting deliverables across a significant portfolio of CLOs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly and quarterly cycle for assigned CLOs, ensuring all deliverables are met on deadline.
• Validate portfolio data, collateral quality tests, concentration limits, coverage tests, and trigger calculations.
• Review waterfall, interest and principal distribution, management fee, and payment date calculations.
• Support ad hoc investor and portfolio management requests, including bespoke data pulls and portfolio analysis.
• Apply indenture provisions and translate new or amended transaction terms into test logic and reporting templates.
• Deliver compliance requirements associated with lifecycle events such as new issuances and refinancings.
• Serve as the point of review and escalation for assigned vehicles.
• Provide day-to-day review, guidance, and coaching to analysts and associates.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with CLO fund compliance and structured credit fund reporting.
• Consistent accuracy and control discipline in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with trustee, portfolio management, and CLO data platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and reinforcing accountability and ownership.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $100/hr, DOE
