Company Overview:
A fast-growing independent Registered Investment Advisor in the Boston area is seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team. The role will focus on client advisory, financial planning, and investment management for high net worth individuals and families.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis on various financial planning strategies and identify opportunities to optimize results customized to client goals
• Active communication with clients in meetings, presentations, and generally as part of ongoing client relationship management
• Help the team identify new business opportunities and assist in the closing process
• Develop in-depth understanding of portfolio construction and risk management
• Participate in team projects assisting with initiatives designed to streamline firm procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Salesforce

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or an equivalent amount of education and/or work experience
• Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience, including estate and tax planning
• CFP® required
• Experience with financial technologies including Salesforce, Orion, eMoney (preferred), MoneyGuide Pro, and Holistiplan
• Experience in serving high net worth clients

Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
