Company Overview:
A specialty finance investment manager founded in 2016, providing capital to innovative companies and financing platforms. The firm is seeking an AI Strategist to enhance the use of artificial intelligence across its operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a firm-wide approach to using AI effectively across teams and functions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI to improve workflows, decision-making, and execution.
• Organize AI projects with clear objectives, owners, workflows, milestones, and measurement methods.
• Establish practical AI project environments and promote best practices for AI tools.
• Advise on token optimization, model selection, and efficient AI resource use.
• Create methodologies for transitioning AI initiatives from experimentation to scalable use.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, train users, and support AI workflow adoption.
• Document standards, playbooks, and lessons learned for reuse across the organization.
• Work with technical teams or contribute code, automations, integrations, and prototypes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Significant hands-on experience with AI tools in professional settings.
• Deep familiarity with Claude and strategic use for research, analysis, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of AI methodologies, implementation patterns, and best practices.
• Experience organizing projects across multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and model capabilities.
• Experience writing code or building automations, integrations, or AI-enabled prototypes.
• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, data workflows, or developer-oriented AI environments.
• Experience in professional services, investment, financial, technology, or knowledge-intensive environments.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus
