Company Overview:
A global alternative investment management firm with a multi-strategy approach is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join its Middle Office team. This role involves supporting an Equity Vol desk and offers exposure to various markets and collaboration with global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper trade capture upon execution of key products, including Equities, Equity/Index Options, Exotic OTC Derivatives, Bonds, Futures, and FX
• Work across global teams to implement firm initiatives
• Support PM/Execution Desk with all operational queries
• Monitor corporate actions related to OTC derivatives and trade queues throughout the day
• New product implementation
• Onboard new PMs onto MLP platforms and integrate external managers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience at a financial services firm supporting Equity Vol desk with an undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline
• Strong product and working knowledge of Equity and Equity OTC derivatives markets
• Proficiency with Excel
• Working knowledge of Imagine, Murex, Kinetix preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $160,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus
