Jodi Becchetti is the Managing Director of Landing Point’s MedTech Recruiting Division. Jodi began her career over 21 years ago with a large search firm where she earned national recognition as a top performer. Jodi has partnered with Landing Point to build an enterprise sales and marketing Medical Technology practice. Working primarily in the medical device industry, her mission is to identify and bring together top industry talent with the best companies while creating and improving investor wealth and corporate value. Jodi graduated from the University of Connecticut with a double major in International Relations and History. During her free time, Jodi enjoys the cabin life and gathering with friends and family.

Maria Becerril is a Senior Associate within Landing Point’s Technology Division. Prior to Landing Point, Maria spent over 9 years as a technical recruiter at a New York-based technology recruiting firm, focused on Hedge Funds, FinTech and Startups. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Operations Management from Baruch College. When she is not spending time with her husband and three children, she enjoys cooking typical Hispanic dishes and baking vegan desserts.

Sophia Bendriss is a Recruiting Coordinator at Landing Point. A University of Delaware Marketing graduate, Sophia has a passion for fashion. She has worked as an executive assistant in jewelry the last few years and have a love for administrative work. She loves music, the beach and reality tv, and she has a huge passion for animals.

Andrew Boccio is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Landing Point. Before founding the firm, Andrew spent 8 years in Executive Search, focusing his efforts on searches in the Asset Management and Banking & Capital Markets industry. Andrew’s career began at Ernst & Young, spending three years as an auditor in their Banking & Capital Markets practice. In 2005, Andrew transferred to EY’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he spent his time focused on the Real Estate industry. Andrew graduated from Fordham University in 2002 with a BS in Accounting. He enjoys spending time with his dog Luna, is an avid Mets fan, and an amateur bread baker.

Cleopatra Boudreau is Landing Point’s Office Manager. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia University in Montreal, and strives to create the best office space for everyone at Landing Point. Cleopatra recently wrote a film that will be screening in Los Angeles, and is always around to offer a coffee or a very cute bottle of water.

Michael Breslin is one of the Co-Founders of Landing Point, and oversees all aspects of the Boston, MA office. Prior to founding Landing Point in April 2015, Michael spent over 10 years focused on recruiting Accounting/Finance professionals at two different NY based executive search firms. He began his career as an auditor with KPMG in both their New York City and San Diego offices. He graduated from Fordham University in 2001 with a BS in Accounting and was a member of their Division I Swim Team. Michael enjoys playing the drums, golfing, and spending his free time with his family.

Nicholas Cabral started recruiting twenty years ago and has significant experience working with financial services professionals. Nick has partnered with many large financial institutions and small boutique investment managers to meet their hiring needs throughout his career. Nick graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Philosophy. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding with his wife and two daughters, coaching and playing soccer, and rooting for Boston sports teams.

Stu Coleman is a Managing Director, joining Landing Point with 25 years of staffing experience in the Boston market. After beginning his career focused on temporary accounting and finance placements, he eventually led all non-technical staffing at a national level, including Accounting, Finance, HR, and Administrative roles. Originally from Virginia, Stu now lives in New England and when he’s not enjoying everything that New England has to offer, you’ll find him in his happy place – the kitchen.

Carlo Coumoutsos is a Partner at Landing Point with a focus on the Accounting/Finance Division. He joined shortly after the company launched in April 2015. Carlo started his career as an Auditor with PwC’s Asset Management Practice, and spent almost three years with a NY based search firm with a focus on Accounting/Finance professionals. Carlo has a BS & MS in Accounting from Fordham University, and served as President of their Beta Alpha Psi chapter. Carlo enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, who he unfortunately will raise to be Jets and Knicks fans.

Max Diamond is a Senior Associate with Landing Point’s Accounting & Finance Division. Prior to joining Landing Point, Max was an Associate at Fortress Investment Group and an Experienced Associate at PwC in the banking capital markets group. Max received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (in Forensic Accounting) from SUNY Albany. He is a big sports fan (go Jets and Yanks) and enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants in his spare time.

Eric Dordick serves as a Managing Director within the Accounting/Finance Division at Landing Point. Before joining Landing Point, Eric has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Director with two prominent New York-based regional recruiting firms. Throughout his career, Eric has specialized in connecting Accounting/Finance professionals at all career stages within the Financial Services Industry. His extensive network spans across Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Banking, and Real Estate sectors, establishing him as a leading figure in the tri-state area’s recruitment industry. Eric holds a dual degree in Labor & Industrial Relations and Industrial Organizational Psychology from Penn State University. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, engaging in activities like pickleball, golfing, and coaching his children’s sports teams. He is also a diehard Philadelphia Sports Fan!

Katherine Dwyer joined Landing Point in 2024 as a Managing Director in the Financial Services Division. Katherine was most recently a Partner and Head of Recruitment at Jensen Partners. Katherine began her career in recruitment at SG Partners. Prior to SG, Katherine was the Gallery Manager at Findlay Galleries. Katherine graduated from Georgetown University, where she received an A.B. in Classics. Katherine enjoys spending time in Central Park running or playing tennis, traveling, yoga, and frequenting museums, theaters, and restaurants in New York City.

Patrick Enriquez is Landing Point’s Controller. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Albany and has worked in various accounting roles prior to Landing Point. A native of Staten Island, Patrick is a big sports fan, particularly for all NY teams (Yankees, Giants and Knicks). He resides in Harlem with his girlfriend and dog, Todd.

Charlie Foulds is a Managing Director within Landing Point’s Accounting Contract Support Division, a division he helped launch in 2016. Prior to joining Landing Point, Charlie spent almost 3 years with a global search firm, focusing on Contract placements for Accounting & Finance professionals. He graduated from Towson University with a BS in Communications. Charlie is active outdoorsman and a diehard fan of the NY Rangers and NY Mets.

Elissa Friedland is a Managing Director within Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. She began her career within EY’s Financial Services Office where she obtained her CPA and focused on auditing Asset Management clients. She also worked as a fund accountant for Davidson Kempner, a global institutional hedge fund. Elissa has a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and was Vice President of the school’s “Women In Business” club. In her free time, Elissa enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and playing tennis.

A Westchester native and a Providence College Graduate (Go Friars!), Joseph started his career as a 4th grade teacher in East Harlem for 3 years, making the pivot to recruiting where he focuses on accounting & finance roles. Honor Gabriel is an Associate with Landing Point’s Corporate Services Division. Prior to joining the team, Honor was a Recruiter at Rho, a FinTech company based in New York, where she also spent a year as a Sales Development Representative prior to recruiting. Honor graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and was a member of the College’s women’s lacrosse team and oldest all-female a cappella group, “Special K”. Honor enjoys long runs, surfing, playing guitar and is an avid Jets fan, joining a small but loyal base of new Jets fans acquired in the last 12 months.

Alec Gesualdi is an Associate Recruiter for Landing Point Consulting. He started his career in staffing at Infinity Consulting Solutions, before being acquired by Korn Ferry. Alec specializes in Information Technology Recruiting, working on their Enterprise team to find talent for companies like J.P. Morgan Chase, Disney, Intuit, and more! Alec earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Roger Williams University, and was also apart of their Campus Activities Board, planning large scale events including their yearly Concert, Comedy Show and Carnival! Outside of work, Alec is an avid basketball fan, and even a season ticket holder for the New York Liberty. Alec also enjoys traveling abroad, with his most recent trip being to Japan!

Maria Giokas Morello is a Director within Landing Point’s Financial Services Division. Prior to joining the team, Maria was a Senior Associate at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to Rockefeller, Maria worked at UBS within their Wealth Management division. Maria earned her Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University with a major in Finance and minor in Information Science Technology. Maria enjoys traveling, fitness/wellness, photography, cooking, and house music. In her leisure she likes to spend time with her family and friends and explore all that New York City offers.

Margot Hancock is a Human Resources Assistant. Prior to Landing Point, Margot has worked in a variety of roles including: directing a performing arts school, teaching a variety of group fitness classes, and serving as the Logistics Coordinator/Office Manager for Resilient Families Institute, which provides retreats for military families. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. When she’s not attempting to bring organization & structure to the world one color-coded binder at a time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, spending time with her dog, and enjoying all the things New York has to offer – from Broadway shows to all-things sports (#LGM)!

Kate Hensley is a Director within Landing Point’s Medical Technology division. She specializes in connecting top industry talent with companies at the forefront of the medical device industry. Kate has extensive industry knowledge from more than 15 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, including sales roles with Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, and Merck. She graduated from Iowa State University with a triple major in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish. As a native Minnesotan, Kate enjoys lake life, water sports, and traveling the world with her family.

Zoie Herman is a Managing Director within Landing Point’s Corporate Services Division. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Medical Sales Representative and then was a Development Specialist in the Non-Profit field. Zoie has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida. She was heavily involved in the Campus Sales Club and volunteered throughout college in the pediatric wing at a hospital. Zoie loves going to comedy shows, re-watching the Office, and taking her dog to Central Park.

Rob Hines joined Landing Point in early 2016 and is a Managing Director within the Accounting/Finance Division. Prior to Landing Point, Rob worked with EY’s Audit Practice (focusing on Asset Management clients) and Madison Realty Capital as a Private Equity/Real Estate Associate. He graduated from Iona College with a BBA in Accounting. Rob was in Iona’s Honors Program, a Presidential Scholar, and President of the College’s radio station. In his free time Rob owns & operates an Entertainment Company and enjoys travelling to see his favorite NFL team, the NY Giants.

He attended Penn State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in labor and human resources with a minor in business administration. Prior to joining Landing Point, he worked as a recruiter for a NYC-based recruiting firm. Prior to joining Landing Point, Kristina worked as an Associate Producer in the television industry and as a Sales Associate in retail. Melissa Iovino joined Landing Point in 2018 as the Team’s Office Manager. She has a NJ Real Estate license, and has operated in the Hudson County Real Estate market for over 4 years. Melissa attended West Virginia University majoring in Criminal Justice. Her personal interests include outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding.

Emily Jones is an Assistant Controller. Before coming to Landing Point, Emily spent 13 years as a Junior Accountant, Senior Accountant and Tax Manager with Warburg Pincus LLC, a global Private Equity fund. Emily has an Associate Degree from Parsons School of Design and a BS in Accounting from Hunter College. Emily used her design skills to become an entrepreneur in 2020, and loves traveling abroad and experiencing different cultures.

Carlie Kelly is an Associate on the Financial Services team. Carlie grew up in NJ and attended The Ohio State University- go Buckeyes! She graduated in May of 2022 with a degree in finance and then began working as a recruiter for JW Michaels. A fun fact is that she traveled for a month after college to Italy, Croatia and Spain! She now lives in the city and enjoys working out, shopping, trying new restaurants and all the things NYC offers.

Ryan Kennedy, JD/CPA is a Director within Landing Point’s Tax and Family Office Solutions Division. Prior to his career in recruiting, Ryan held tax roles in both public and private accounting and has presented at over 75 tax seminars/symposiums across the country. Ryan has a JD from SIU Law and a BS in Accounting from Illinois College where he was an Academic All-American on the soccer team. Ryan and his wife are avid golfers and enjoy spending free time with their two dogs, Woody & Lucy.

Catherine “Cat” Kerwin is an Associate on the Technology Team at Landing Point. With a background encompassing both agency and RPO settings, she possesses a breadth of knowledge that proves invaluable as she embarks on her recruiting career at Landing Point. Cat holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University. Outside of work, Cat resides in NYC, indulging in her love for exploration by frequenting new restaurants. Faizel Khan is the Lead AI Engineer at Landing Point with expertise in software engineering and data science. Faizel started his career in 2018 as Software Engineer in an esteemed manufacturing company and architected their software infrastructure. Faizel then worked as a Data Scientist in various industries, including Medical Education and Devices. Faizel has earned an MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, with a specialization in AI. Faizel has co-authored research papers in esteemed journals like the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA). Outside the professional sphere, Faizel enjoys being an amateur golfer and loves the calmness of biking on trails.

John Lane is one of Landing Point’s Co-Founders. Prior to co-founding Landing Point, John spent 8 successful years at a New York based search firm with a focus on the Alternative Asset industry. John began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers within their audit practice focused on a portfolio of Investment Banking and Alternative Asset clients. In 2003, John joined a mid-sized hedge fund, Stadia Capital, where he served as the firm’s first Controller for the next four years. John graduated as a Presidential Scholar with a degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 2000. He is dedicated to his wife Amy and his daughters Summer and Holly and is a lifelong Villanova basketball fan.

Nika spent 4 years with Deloitte’s Investment Management Tax Practice with a focus on Private Equity and 2 years with RSM as a Tax Associate in the their Financial Services Practice with a focus on Hedge Funds. Nika is originally from Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration and MS in Taxation. Nika is a dedicated cat mom who enjoys exploring different countries and cultures, learning new languages and catching up on all things Marvel and Star Wars.

Hannah Marafioti is an Associate on the Accounting and Finance team. She has spent the last year and a half in public accounting at the Bonadio Group on their Audit & Assurance team. Hannah graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a BS and MS in accounting, and I was a member of their DIII women’s lacrosse team. At the start of her professional career, she also worked part time as the Geneseo women’s lacrosse assistant coach. She loves watching sports (specifically the Bills), live music, and spending time with family and friends!

Emma McGrath is a Senior Associate within Landing Point’s Accounting & Finance Division. Prior to joining Landing Point, Emma worked as an Accounting & Operations Associate at Kepos Capital. She also spent two years at EY as an Experienced Associate in Financial Services for the Wealth & Asset Management sector where she provided assurance services for a hedge fund client. Emma earned a B.S. in Accounting with a double major in Hispanic Studies from the University of Scranton and an M.S. in Accountancy from SUNY Old Westbury. Emma is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her free time, Emma enjoys traveling to Ireland where her family is from, snowboarding, hiking, and trying new restaurants with friends in NYC!

Andrew Miller is a Managing Director in Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. He began his career in Deloitte’s Financial Services Audit Practice, and passed the CPA exam while he was an employee there. Andrew began his career in executive search in 2009 with a focus on Accounting/Finance professionals. Prior to joining Landing Point, Andrew worked for 2 NY based search firms, and owned/operated Gantry Search. He has a BS in Accounting from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and while there was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Men’s Club Ice Hockey team. Andrew is an avid NY Sports fan, enjoys travelling and is a food enthusiast.

Domenica Nociforo is a Director on the Landing Point Consulting team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator with Lynx-NY and an Executive Assistant at The Corcoran Group. Domenica has a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Cortland with a major in Communications (PR & Advertising) and a minor in Marketing. While there, she was a member of Alpha Phi and the Student Government Association. Domenica enjoys yoga, kayaking/paddle boarding and snowboarding. Stephanie began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Advisory practice focusing on cross border equity compensation and tax, benefit and welfare plans (Form 5500) and compensation benchmarking. She has an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University with a major in Economics and Italian Studies, and was a member of their Division I volleyball team. Stephanie enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, playing volleyball and going to the beach with family and friends.

Hannah O’Connor is an Internal Recruiter of the Firm. In her current role, she is actively involved in seeking out and bringing in top talent to join Landing Point. Prior to this position, Hannah started at LP as an Associate recruiter on the Accounting & Finance team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He lives in Northport LI with his wife, Marilyn, and son, James. John is a big Jets and Islanders fan.

Prior to joining Landing Point, Damon spent over 20 years at National and Regional recruiting firms as a Partner and Division Director. Louis was a member of Fordham’s Division I Track and Field/Cross Country team for 5 years and served as the Captain of the Track and Field team for three years. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra was an Associate at True Search where she worked on placing candidates within the Product Data and Technology practice in the PE/ VC backed space. Alexandra has a Bachelor’s Degree from Marist College where she majored in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Advertising. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys going to the beach, exercising, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Jessie Scott is a Director within the Medical Technology Division. She has built a strong reputation recruiting top talent across multiple industries and disciplines over the past 20 years. She has spent a large part of her career as a corporate recruiter and launched her own recruitment firm in early 2020 where she began to shift her efforts to the medical device industry. She is a dynamic recruitment leader who demonstrates high integrity, transparency, and a competitive spirit balanced with an optimistic approach to deliver high quality results to both her clients and candidates. Taylor Seabrook is Landing Point’s Head of Talent and Employee Experience. Prior to Landing Point, Taylor worked in Human Resources at Viking Global Investors, where she led the firm’s global recruiting efforts. She began her career in college admissions at Bowdoin College and Brown University. Taylor graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English, and was captain of the College’s women’s lacrosse team. A native of coastal Maine, Taylor resides just outside of Portland with her husband and dog, Crosby.

Tyler Shook is a Research Analyst on Landing Point’s Accounting and Finance division. He graduated from the University of Albany (SUNY) with a B.S. in Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cyber Security while playing Division I lacrosse. In his free time, Tyler enjoys playing golf and exercising. He is a big sports fan, especially of Boston-area teams like the Patriots, Celtics, and Red Sox.

Kristen Sinicropi is a Senior Associate in Landing Point’s Corporate Services Division with a focus on Contract Staffing. Prior to her recruiting career, Kristen worked in healthcare sales and strategic marketing for a Medical Device distributor. Kristen graduated from Providence College with a BS in Marketing, and participated in Friars Give (Volunteer work in Providence Community) and Relay for Life. Kristen is passionate about music (she was a Vocal Performance minor in her first year of college), and is obsessed with her Labradoodle, Ellie.

Scott Spungin is a Managing Director in Landing Point’s Financial Services Division, and has spent over 16 years recruiting experienced professionals in all areas of Financial Services including Alternative/Traditional Asset Management, FinTech and Banking. Prior to his recruiting career, Scott spent six years working in the Financial Services industry at top tier banking and hedge fund institutions. Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children, skiing, and OCR (Obstacle Course Racing).

Ricki Straeb is an Associate on Landing Point’s Corporate Services team. Ricki graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Marketing, specializing in entrepreneurship and finance. Ricki started out in our Boston office but recently moved to New York to start her new adventure. She is passionate about exploring new cities, soaking up the sun, and indulging in any new restaurant she can find. Ricki is always ready to embrace the excitement of life’s next chapter!

Dylan Sullivan is a Managing Director within Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. He began his career with Deloitte, spending almost four years in their Audit practice. His clients there focused on the Health Care and Technology industries. Dylan has a BS in Accounting from Villanova University where he served as a Peer Advisor to younger students. He is an avid sports fan with a focus on Villanova Basketball and the New York Yankees.

Jack is an Associate in Landing Point’s Boston Office. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Associate before switching over to Landing point. Jack received both his bachelors and masters degree from Assumption University in Worcester Massachusetts. While at Assumption he joined the Men’s Swim Team. Jack enjoys running, hiking, scuba diving and watching the Boston sports teams win.

Natalie Thompson is a Director on Landing Point’s Corporate Services Division. Before joining Landing Point, she served as an Associate Director at a staffing agency, specializing in recruitment for the tech industry with a focus on Marketing, HR, Finance, and Sales roles. Natalie holds a B.S. from Bowdoin College, where she co-captained the women’s lacrosse team. An avid foodie, she enjoys cooking new recipes and hiking throughout Maine with her husband and their two Labradors, Maisie and Miller.

Stephan Tolila is a Director within Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. Prior to joining Landing Point, Stephan spent almost 3 years with a national search firm, focusing on permanent placements for Accounting & Finance professionals in various industries. He graduated from Plymouth State University with a BS in Communications, and enjoys traveling and playing golf & basketball. Stephan is an avid sports fan, supporting the Yankees, Knicks, and Miami Dolphins.

Glenn Waxgiser is a Managing Director with Landing Point’s Accounting/Finance Division. Glenn has over 15 years of recruiting experience, specifically in the Asset Management space. Within Asset Management, his focus includes, but is not limited to, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Family Office, Banking and Real Estate clients. Glenn has a BS in Communications from the University of Albany, and is a big sports fan who is passionate about basketball, boxing and football.

Kirk Wilkinson is a Director within Landing Point’s Financial Services Division. He joined Landing Point in 2018 after graduating from the University of Oregon with a BS in Applied Business and Economics. He enjoys playing basketball, football and rock climbing.

Kyle Wilkinson is a Managing Director and Lead of Landing Point’s Tax and Family Office Solutions Division. He is a CPA and spent the first 4 ½ years of his career in Grant Thornton’s Tax Practice with a focus on Corporate Tax Compliance & provision work. In January 2012, he joined ProVision Wealth Strategists as a Tax Manager focusing on Entrepreneur & Business Owner Tax Strategy & Compliance work as well as wealth strategies. Kyle moved into the staffing industry in January 2015, and has since been using his experience in Accounting & Tax to help clients navigate the job market. He has a BS in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Arizona State University. Kyle grew up in Texas, and is a fan of all the Dallas sports teams. He enjoys travel, fitness, and spending time with his wife Pam, son Luka and their dogs Gordon & Brewtessa.

Pete Wise is an Account Executive within Landing Point’s Consulting Division. He brings with him 5 years experience working in recruiting. After graduating from East Stroudsburg University with his bachelors degree, he graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Masters Degree in Sport Management. Pete was born and raised in New Jersey and currently lives in North Jersey with his wife, two sons, and yellow lab Hali. Alex Wright is a partner overseeing the consulting verticals at Landing Point. Prior to Landing Point, Alex has spent the last 15 years focused within consulting and consulting to hire recruitment space both in the New York Tristate and across the country. His areas of expertise are Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal and technology. Alex is a born and raised New Yorker. He has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Duquesne University where he was the captain of the tennis team. Alex lives with his wife and two children in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
