A Boston-based RIA is hiring a Client Service Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary onboarding specialist for new wealth management clients
  • Administer recurring and one-time requests for cashiering transactions including; Wires, Checks, EFTs, Journals, Transfer of Assets, Capital Calls, & Ad Hoc Requests
  • Be part of a wealth management team and help facilitate meaningful relationships amongst clients
  • Coordinate and work with Operations group on data reporting
  • Work with a wealth management team to help facilitate account updates & maintenance requests

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.  Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with high professional standards, judgement, and discretion
  • 1-4 years of previous experience working with investment custodians, customer relationship management systems, and portfolio reporting systems
