Company Overview:

The firm is seeking an Associate of Capital Formation to assist in investor relations, marketing, and fundraising efforts across its private equity, opportunistic credit, and real estate strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing materials, including PPMs, pitch decks, and due diligence materials
• Assist with the quarterly and annual investor reporting process, including the drafting of investor letters and portfolio updates
• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy of client information and tracking relationship progress
• Prepare due diligence questionnaires, portfolio updates, fact sheets, presentations, performance reporting, and ad hoc requests for existing and prospective investors
• Assist in fund marketing efforts by coordinating and maintaining up-to-date marketing materials
• Help organize and coordinate annual investor conferences, quarterly meetings, and client calls
• Design materials for the annual investor meeting as well as coordinate the logistics and planning of the annual meeting
• Work closely with the investment teams to understand the portfolio and deal pipeline across strategies
• Collaborate with various internal teams (i.e., finance, legal, etc.) to ensure timely and effective delivery of client-related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Big 4 accounting advisory, investor relations, client services, or a related role within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
