Company Overview:
A leading global fintech firm with over $200 billion in client assets is seeking to expand its Fund Finance Private Capital team. The company is renowned for its innovative technology platform that transforms how advisors and asset managers evaluate and recommend market strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with implementation teams on new business and fund launches
• Review feeder fund draft documents and operational questionnaires
• Determine commitment sizes and analyze feeder fund expenses
• Oversee quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners’ capital account statement issuance
• Review and sign-off on capital call and distribution cash analysis
• Participate in management-level meetings and attend on-site due diligence
• Approve and release quarterly management fee payment wires
• Facilitate process automation and efficiency with Technology and Product teams
• Monitor fund compliance with partnership operating agreement terms
• Oversee preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-6 years of financial services or asset management accounting and operations experience for Associate role
• 5-10 years of experience for AVP role
• 10+ years of experience for VP role
• Advanced degree or credentials such as MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
