A leading benefits provider is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to enhance its Sales and Marketing operations. The role focuses on leveraging Salesforce to drive business success and align solutions with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main Salesforce Business Analyst for the entire company, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Project Manager to deliver cohesive and strategic solutions.
  • Act as the dedicated Salesforce analyst for the Sales and Marketing teams, translating their needs into system enhancements and streamlined processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows tailored to Sales and Marketing objectives.
  • Analyze and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through Salesforce automation and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by scoping, designing, and testing Salesforce enhancements and customizations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and issues, ensuring swift resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users to maximize adoption and productivity.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Business Analyst team meetings to share insights and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
  • Perform thorough testing of Salesforce updates to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce features, including declarative tools, reporting, and automation, with a focus on sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience collaborating with salesforce project managers or development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
