Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with a focus on infrastructure and transition asset classes is seeking a Senior Vice President/Vice President to support the fundraising lifecycle for closed-ended funds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor and adapt fundraising strategy as circumstances change
  • Lead the Fundraise Management team in all stages of the fundraising lifecycle
  • Develop and implement strategy for generating investor interest and meeting fundraising objectives
  • Facilitate key decisions throughout the fundraising process with all stakeholder groups
  • Create and manage investment strategy and fund-specific marketing materials
  • Coordinate road shows, special events, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings
  • Act as senior representative in leadership meetings
  • Build, support, and manage the team through all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for development and retention of junior team members
  • Identify issues and proactively manage risk

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business management, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, including closed-ended funds
  • Experience in infrastructure and/or renewables/transition asset classes preferred
  • Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate fund approach
  • Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities
  • Strong global team management experience
  • Experience in high volume processes and technology-enabled solutions
  • Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
