Company Overview:
A wealth management professional services organization focuses on managing the financial affairs of ultra-high net worth individuals and families. They are seeking a Reporting and Performance Analyst to support the creation, validation, and delivery of investment performance reports and analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing periodic and ad hoc performance reports for investment portfolios, including summaries, attribution, and benchmarking analysis.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data from internal systems, external custodians, and third-party vendors.
• Format and distribute customized reports for investment professionals, internal management, advisors, and family stakeholders.
• Support the production of quarterly and annual statements, dashboards, and presentations.
• Participate in maintaining the integrity of reporting data, including quality control checks and error resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to document report templates, definitions, and delivery schedules in accordance with industry standards (e.g., GIPS).
• Support implementation and maintenance of the Portfolio Analytics and Reporting Solution (PARis).
• Learn and assist in generating reports from the PARis platform, such as performance snapshots, risk analytics, and asset class-level summaries.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and address customized reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in financial services, asset management, performance reporting, or fund administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exposure to reporting platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment, or proprietary systems is a plus.
• Working knowledge of performance standards (GIPS) is desirable.
