Company Overview:
A leading alternative investment management firm, founded in 1990 and headquartered in New York City, focuses on private equity, credit, and real estate. The firm is seeking an Asociate to join the Equity Performance and Analytics team within the Global Business Finance group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage analytics related to portfolio company performance, including data collection, review, and reporting.
• Enhance and maintain processes for gathering consistent financial and operational metrics across portfolio companies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics at the asset, fund, and portfolio levels throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support customized internal and external reporting needs.
• Prepare materials for investor communications, including marketing presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other client-facing documents.
• Collaborate with Deal Teams, Controllers, and Senior Management to deliver insights and analytics.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements across the team’s analytics infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, investment management, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and investment lifecycle.
• Experience in iLEVEL is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
