Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm manages diverse strategies across the capital structure, including syndicated leveraged loans and high yield bonds. They are seeking an Associate for their Investment Data Management team in New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asset creation and maintenance across multiple asset classes in the firm’s Security Master
• Analyze credit agreements on a daily basis
• Reference data creation and maintenance in the firm's Reference Master system
• Maintain and monitor the data exception panel that reconciles vendor data feeds to internal data warehouse
• Investigate and resolve attribute discrepancies between data vendors and internal systems
• Daily interaction with Vendors, Risk, Technology, and Front Office teams
• Creation and maintenance of internal strategies, UDF tags, and broker accounts within firm systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
• 3-6 years of experience in the financial services industry, asset management preferred
• Knowledge of bank loan products, including Broadly Syndicated and Private
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
