Company Overview:
A rapidly growing long/short equity fund with $1.6 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire a Corporate Access and Broker Relations Associate. This role will support their investment team primarily based in Miami.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the investment team to support and advance a Corporate Access program
• Build and strengthen relationships with the team to stay updated on coverage responsibilities and corporate access strategy
• Implement communication channels and processes for Corporate Access events advertised by sell-side brokers
• Update and maintain the internal proprietary Corporate Access portal
• Create and manage meeting planners for the team
• Establish a process to facilitate high volume of company meeting requests and allocations
• Strategize attendance with investment teams to enhance Corporate Access interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with sell-side brokers
• Assist with the preparation of consumption reports for strategy sessions
• Assist with travel logistics, scheduling, event coordination, and ad hoc administrative needs

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 4-5 days onsite with flexibility for remote work when analysts are traveling
• Willingness to travel to the NYC office between May-September
