Company Overview:
A leading Venture Capital firm is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role involves tracking and analyzing portfolio company performance and preparing reports for stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze portfolio company performance to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide performance trends and KPIs
• Prepare Limited Partner quarterly reporting requirements
• Prepare analysis for Investment Committee and deal team members
• Collaborate with Investor Relations team to prepare diligence materials and other ad-hoc requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 1-3 years of experience in audit, advisory, financial analysis, or other relevant fields
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Passed 4 parts of CPA

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
