Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $180 billion in assets under management is seeking a Finance Manager for their General Partner Finance Group. This role involves managing accounting and operations across various investment entities and collaborating with multiple internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and operations of general partner entities across various investment sectors
• Oversee operations and administrative activities, including cash management and capital calls
• Conduct quarterly and annual fair market value reporting and tax estimates
• Enter cash, book, and tax activity into Investran or similar software
• Interact with investors and internal departments regarding the carry program
• Collaborate with team managers to drive initiatives and mentor junior team members
• Work on projects to enhance team and firm performance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA and/or master’s degree preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
