Company Overview:
A multi-strategy investment firm with over $8 billion in assets under management is seeking a Head of AI Strategy to drive the integration of AI technologies across its operations. The role focuses on aligning AI capabilities with business goals to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor the AI landscape and identify tools and trends relevant to the business.
• Translate market research and user interviews into practical, high-impact use cases.
• Run pilots, vendor evaluations, and adoption programs.
• Create educational content and hands-on sessions to upskill internal teams on AI tools and workflows.
• Help teams recognize opportunities for automation, augmentation, or enhancement using AI.
• Serve as a trusted internal advisor for department heads evaluating new tooling or process redesigns involving AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, operations research, industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, SaaS product management, digital transformation, strategic consulting, or similar.
• Strong understanding of current AI toolkit/product landscape (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, agent frameworks).
• Experience with development in high stakes environments such as finance, defense, or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of financial services workflows, particularly fundamental or systematic research processes.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
