Company Overview:
A leading investment management firm with over $44 billion in assets under management is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join their Operations team. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of trade transaction executions and supporting the firm's investment strategies and client services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing middle office processes including reconciliations, settlements, collateral & cash management, account opening and terminations, and proxy voting
  • Performing validation processes by monitoring and documenting deviations, maintaining data integrity, and re-engineering processes
  • Organizing portfolio and financial instrument data for Portfolio Managers, Trading, Client Service, Compliance, and Finance teams
  • Managing client and compliance systems, developing client invoices, calculating fees, account settlements, and compiling reports
  • Liaising with third-party service providers and internal technology teams for system support
  • Collaborating with team members by documenting workflows and assisting on team functions
  • Monitoring and refreshing essential market data, including during off-hours and holidays
  • Continuously improving processes through efficiency and automation
  • Enhancing existing controls and adding new controls to mitigate risks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Intermediate Alteryx experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in the office Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $35 – $40/hr, DOE
