Company Overview:
A leading global private equity firm with over $100 billion in investments is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their finance team. The role involves managing financial statements and capital activities for private equity and real estate funds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point person for one or more funds.
• Prepare financial statements, capital calls, distributions, and related analysis for assigned fund(s).
• Calculate and report quarterly allocation of profit and loss from the funds to limited partners and general partner.
• Prepare cross-fund analysis and returns.
• Prepare weekly investment activity report.
• Conduct general account analysis and research with recommendations to manager.
• Handle limited partner quarterly requests and special ad-hoc requests from limited partners and investment teams.
• Conduct quarterly fund performance analysis based on actual and estimated data.
• Prepare management fee calculations.
• Prepare quarterly schedules for the Advisory Committee.
• Coordinate annual audits with external audit firms.
• Review a portion of portfolio investment valuations related to assigned fund(s).
• Assist in operations and reporting for various co-investment vehicles.
• Code and review invoices paid by multiple fund entities, including bulk invoice analysis.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• BS in Accounting/Finance or related field required; CPA required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent computer and analytical skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $105,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
