Company Overview:
A leading global private equity investment firm with $49 billion of equity capital under management is seeking a Workday HCM Administrator. This role will focus on managing and optimizing Workday HCM modules to enhance HR technology and align systems with strategic business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Workday HCM Core & Supporting Modules Administration
  • Lead and manage Workday Core HCM as the primary internal subject matter expert
  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting
  • Support and optimize end-to-end HR processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Workday module alignment and integration
  • Design and optimize Workday security groups
  • Assist in testing and deployment of Workday updates
  • Build and maintain Advanced and Matrix Workday Reports
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations with external systems
  • Act as liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Document requirements and support Advanced Compensation implementation
  • Optimize Compensation reporting with KPI analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, information systems, or computer science
  • 4 – 6 years of experience implementing Workday HCM
  • Workday HCM Partner Certification preferred
  • Experience in Workday Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking is a plus
  • Ability to configure HCM modules, security roles, and delegation workflows
  • Expert in Advanced and Matrix Reports
  • Capable of writing complex calculated fields, custom objects, and notifications
  • Expert in EIBs with ability to support Studio and BIRT Layout integrations
  • Understanding of Private Equity business processes preferred
  • Must be experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $80 – $95/hr
