Company Overview:
A global venture capital firm with over $4 billion in assets under management, focuses on early-stage and growth-stage investments in healthcare, life sciences, and technology. They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support their Tech team in the Cambridge office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and maintain multiple Outlook calendars while ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, including conference room booking, dial-in confirmations, A/V needs, material and presentation preparation, and catering.
  • Arrange complex travel (domestic and international) and expense reports.
  • Operate all firm equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, printers, fax machines, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Assist with company and team events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the business functions of the Firm.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent degree with 5-8 years of administrative experience is preferred.
  • Venture capital and/or experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software (Concur) utilized by the firm.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $50/hr, Plus Bonus
