Company Overview:
A regional financial institution with approximately $64 billion in assets is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Risk to join their team. This role is critical in safeguarding the organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with senior business partners enterprise-wide to develop and identify the operational risk profile of the Bank and identify key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Provide leadership for the ongoing development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the enterprise's ERM Risk Appetite Report.
• Compile all risk data and provide enterprise reporting on a quarterly basis using the GRC system.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, working closely with business units and departments.
• Oversee the firm-wide issue, action, and operational risk event identification, escalation, and tracking process.
• Establish an effective Policy Management process to account for and monitor all significant Bank policies.
• Assist Risk Management on significant risk-related projects, initiatives, and special risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related area within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience with risk management software and tools is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $124,000 – $219,000, Plus Bonus
