Company Overview:
A privately-held investment firm with a global presence, serves influential families and organizations, providing financial advisory and family office services. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a temporary 4-month assignment to support their Talent Acquisition team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones with professionalism and accuracy
  • Manage candidate records, pipelines, and communication within the Greenhouse CRM system
  • Maintain talent pools and candidate pipeline
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and exceptional service throughout the recruitment process
  • Support recruiters in posting roles, sourcing candidates, and organizing hiring team feedback
  • Generate and track recruiting reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or HR
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $40/hr, DOE
