Company Overview:
A diversified global holding company with approximately $22 billion in assets under management is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its Finance team. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across asset management and insurance verticals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for business units across asset management and insurance.
• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and monitor KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and board presentations.
• Provide financial insight into business trends, performance drivers, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Investments, Actuarial, and other teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
• Support M&A evaluations, integration efforts, and ad hoc strategic projects.
• Maintain and enhance financial planning systems and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within asset management, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) a plus.
• Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $180,000, Plus Bonus
