Company Overview:
A prominent law firm located in New York City is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support its day-to-day administrative operations. This role is critical in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties to support attorneys and staff as needed.
  • Manage the mailroom: receive, sort, distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing FedEx/USPS shipments.
  • Make regular Post Office and FedEx runs as needed.
  • Scan and electronically file incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Organize files for office storage and maintain accurate records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including restocking as needed.
  • Keep communal areas, including the kitchen, clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative projects and office coordination tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative or office support experience; law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hr
