Company Overview:
A fast-growing wealth management firm with over $4.5 billion in assets under management is seeking to add a Client Service Associate to their team. This role is based in Boston and offers a hybrid work opportunity, focusing on providing high-quality client service to high-net-worth clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary onboarding specialist for new wealth management clients, including managed accounts, private equity, and charitable accounts.
  • Administer recurring and one-time requests for cashiering transactions such as wires, checks, EFTs, and capital calls.
  • Coordinate with the operations group on data reporting and facilitate account updates and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain the client relationship management system, Practifi, with current client information.
  • Interact with custodial partners, Fidelity and Schwab, to facilitate client requests.
  • Assist with assorted projects within the wealth management group as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable learning, maintaining, and assisting with software systems.
  • Previous experience with investment custodians, customer relationship management systems, and portfolio reporting systems is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000, Plus Bonus
