Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire a key member for their private credit operations team. The role focuses on operational oversight and management of funds within their credit and insurance division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations prior to fund launches/investments and coordinate with clients for smooth new product/fund launches.
• Daily management of funds to ensure internal and external SLA’s are met, leveraging teams across multiple regions globally.
• Lead the period end close process, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Technology to develop, automate, and streamline workflows, and design new reporting needs.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for all matters within the client/fund vertical.
• Monitor the new product pipeline and deal pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Advanced understanding of private credit and agency function is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $70 – $80/hr, DOE
