Company Overview:
A leading real estate investment management firm with approximately $18.3 billion in assets under management is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join their team. The role will focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process and providing essential HR support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a variety of roles within the company
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and recruiters
  • Negotiate fees and terms of service with third-party recruiters to ensure cost-effective hiring solutions
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
  • Coordinate the interview process with internal hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Facilitate the hiring process and extend offers in collaboration with leadership
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market compensation and benefits trends
  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and hiring policies
  • Manage new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork processes
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and HR records
  • Support other HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate, private equity, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations
  • Experience working in a mid-sized company environment preferred
  • HR generalist experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry terminology and roles

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
