Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $185 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire a professional to join their operations team. The role will focus on providing operational support for private credit funds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for investor relations, finance, and fund management teams across private credit funds.
• Maintain a scalable operations function related to reconciliation and control.
• Daily reconciliation of cash and assets with custodians and brokers.
• Daily tracking of trading activity and reconciliation of P&L.
• Reconciliation of Administrator data.
• Gain understanding of the firm's BDC business and middle market focused funds.
• Understand complex investment structures/transactions and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Analyze, review, and improve processes and controls of the Investment Operations team.
• Oversight of new fund launches to ensure operation readiness.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of financial services experience, bank loan experience preferred.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or economics with a 3.25 GPA or higher.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in Advent Geneva preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
