Company Overview:
A family office managing the financial affairs of a high-net-worth individual is seeking a Financial Manager. This fully remote role involves overseeing financial management, tax preparation support, and compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business expenses, reconcile bank and credit card statements, manage accounts payable, and handle one-time payments
  • Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely filing of family office tax returns
  • Take meeting minutes and file regulatory documents
  • Develop and maintain reports on expenses and budgets for personal and residential expenses
  • Generate financial statements and prepare ad-hoc financial analysis as requested
  • Handle routine bills, including utilities and other residential services
  • Manage payroll for staff
  • Prepare detailed financial statements on assets, liabilities, and equity changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably with a high-net-worth individual
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Desktop
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis

Compensation:
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
